1. What type of returns do you prepare?
We can prepare federal, state, and international returns across various entities. The most common returns include: C-corp returns (Form 1120), international informational returns (Form 5471, 8858, 8865, FBAR), individual returns (Form 1040), partnership returns (Form 1065), and S-corp returns (Form 1120S).
2. Does tax preparation include tax planning services?
Generally, no. However, we do believe good tax planning is essential for minimizing taxes. If you are interested, we can help you develop a tax plan. You can learn more about our tax advisory service.
3. How does your team keep up to date on changes to the tax code?
In addition to completing ongoing continuing professional education (CPE), we utilize research software and industry subscriptions that provide real-time updates on tax law changes. This ensures we stay informed and can apply the latest strategies to benefit our clients.
4. When working with a virtual firm, how do I know my data will be secure?
We use Google Suite to securely transfer data to and from clients. The platform meets SOC 2 compliance, a framework designed by the AICPA to ensure the secure storage and transfer of customer data. SOC 2 reports are issued by independent third-party auditors and cover key principles such as Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy.
5. How do I get started?
To get started, click the "Schedule a Meeting" button on our services page. You can email us with some details about your tax and financial situation. 6. What is the price of the tax service?
The costs of our services vary based on the complexity of your situation. Our minimum engagement fee starts at $1,500. You can also bundle tax preparation and tax advisory services (e.g., annual tax planning) to reach the minimum threshold.
7. When does tax advisory make sense to me?
Tax advisory can be beneficial at any stage of your journey, especially if you've never received tax planning or advice before.
8. I have never paid this much for CPA service before. Why should I now?
We understand we may not be the lowest-priced option. Additionally, our firm has deep expertise in international tax, allowing us to identify and implement strategies that can significantly reduce your tax burden.

We work with high-income individuals and all businesses across various industries, with a core focus on international tax. This is where we excel and provide the most value to our clients.
11. Do you provide a one-off tax consultation?
Currently, we only provide tax consultation services to existing clients. However, we offer a free 30-minuites initial meeting for prospective clients to assess whether we should be a good fit for working together.
